All orders are shipped from Japan.
We do not ship To PO boxes
Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days after receiving your order.

Considerations
- International shipping cost is calculated according to the volume weight of the products you order. Actual shipping costs will be provided during the checkout process.
- TAX/VAT may be collected depending on the number of ordered items.
- Customs fee may also be charged when you receive the delivery.
- For oders shipped to the United States only, customer duties and clearance fees are included in the product price.
Confirmation of Delivery Status
If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping company (FedEx) with the tracking number.
Return and Exchange Policy
Procedure
Although we take every precaution to manage our products, in the event of stains or other defects, please contact, ex@sasawashi.com within 7 days of delivery. Please note that in case of returns due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the shiping costs to Japan.
Nonrefundable Items
Please note that we cannot exchange or return items that have been soiled or damaged through use.
